Dylan and Taylor first met through a mutual friend. They were both invited to a game night, (unbeknown to Taylor) this was a set up. That night they ended up adding each other on Snapchat and everything blossomed from there.

Dylan had to beg to get Taylor to go on a date with him, but he finally convinced her. Their first date was on December 26, 2018, at Texas Roadhouse and Dylan talked the entire date…

With Taylor being in Radiography school full time and working a full time job, spare time to build a relationship was hard to come by. But they made it work. Whether it was Dylan driving to Independence to spend a couple of hours together before she ran off to work or Taylor driving to Center Point on the weekends, their relationship evolved!

In September of 2019, Taylor moved in with Dylan and Lily in Center Point bringing Walter the cat with! They added to their clan of fur babies in May of 2020, bringing Macy into the mix!

Throughout the years, there was a lot of change, whether it was changing jobs, or Taylor coming up with house projects for Dylan to do, their lives continued to intertwine.

In 2023, they purchased a home together in Central City. And 2 months later, Dylan popped the question in their kitchen on Taylor’s birthday!

And here they are in 2025, ready to take on the rest of the their lives together as the Sarchetts ❤️
