It all started with a matchmaker named Lauren—longtime friend of Taylor’s from their high school club volleyball days and beloved coworker of Troy’s at a remote job they both absolutely loved (aka hated). One day, Lauren “had an epiphany”—she just knew she had to set Taylor and Troy up.

So, she schemed.

Lauren orchestrated a game night under the disguise of casual fun, inviting Taylor to mingle with her coworkers—especially with Troy. The plan worked like a charm. Taylor and Troy hit it off, bonding over a shared moment of disgust (and laughter) thanks to the weirdly awful chocolate Troy’s company had sent out as Christmas gifts.

Their first official date was at Billy G’s—an innocent-enough place…until Lauren and Stef decided to spice things up. They called the restaurant and arranged for surprise drinks (blow job shots) to be delivered to the table. What Taylor and Troy didn’t know was that the entire restaurant staff was in on the plan, scoping them out based on their outfits and watching for the big moment.

If they could survive the embarrassment of being low-key stalked by restaurant staff on their first date and still want to see each other again, well—they figured they had a shot.

And as with any good cheesy love story… the rest was history.
