For our guests staying at Minerals Hotel and Quality Inn, a shuttle will be available to pick you up at 3:50pm and 4:10pm. Return shuttles will leave at 10:00pm (end of reception).

Please note: if you would like to join us for the after party at Crystal Tavern, a shuttle will be on call to return back to Minerals Hotel ONLY until 1:30am. Quality Inn guests should plan accordingly and take the 10pm shuttle in order to guarantee a return to their hotel.

For guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge, the hotel is conveniently attached to Crystal Springs Golf Club! Head down to the main lobby and follow the hallway past the cafe all the way to the venue. If you are unsure where to go, you may consult the concierge near the front desk for directions.
