Our ceremony will be held outdoors at the Brides family barn in Lavonia, GA. In the event of unplanned weather, the ceremony will take place either outside under an enclosed tent or inside the barn

We request our guests to dress semi-formal as the Wedding and Reception. Please be mindful of the days weather forecast and sunglasses are recommended if light sensitive.

Guest should arrive between 4:00 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. Anyone arriving after the start of the ceremony will not be seated until after the bride's entrance.

Yes the deadline to RSVP will be on April 13, 2024 directly to the planner. Information on how to RSVP will be on the formal invitation to be sent out

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We have to make sure we have a accurate headcount for the vendors.

There will be plenty of Parking marked in designated areas around the barn. Once parked, you will receive instructions on how to get to the ceremony area. A shuttle service can be requested if needed.

Guest will go through the buffet line and have the choice of the following: Roast Beef, BBQ Chicken Breast, Chicken Strips, Macaroni n Cheese, Green Beans, and Mashed Potato -n- Gravy,

Yes Children are welcome to our ceremony & celebration; however, all children must be closely supervised at all times due to safety.
