Travel Note - Please leave yourself some extra time as there is an event at Maalwyck Park (next to the venue) that may cause some delays. Plan to take 890 to the end and turn right on to Route 5 (Amsterdam Road).

Reservations for the hotel block must be made on or before Wednesday, August 16th.

2. Select 'Book Online Now'
3. Enter the assigned Group Code and click Search.
4. Select Group
5. Select Check In and Check Out Date
6. Select 'Show Rooms'
7. Choose Room Type and Complete Reservation

Check in is at 4pm. Guests arriving prior to 4pm will be accommodated as soon as possible, but should be advised that there is no guarantee a room will be ready prior to said check-in time. The shuttle to the ceremony will leave at 4:30pm, so it will be best to arrive at the hotel as ready as possible in case you are unable to get in your room prior to 4pm.
Shuttle Transportation
SHUTTLE FROM HOTEL TO WEDDING - 4:30PM
The shuttle to take guests staying at The Landing Hotel to the ceremony will leave from the parking lot of the hotel at 4:30pm.
*Note - Check in at the hotel is 4pm. You are not guaranteed an early check in (although you can request), so if you are taking the shuttle, plan to arrive at the hotel as ready to leave as possible!
SHUTTLE FROM WEDDING TO HOTEL/CASINO - 10:30PM & 11PM
At the end of the night, there will be two shuttle runs back to the hotel. Guests staying at the hotel or attending the after party can hop on a shuttle to the casino. The shuttle seats 38, so will make two runs to pick up guests.
