No, if you RSVP through the website you don’t need to send yours through the mail. But, if you choose to do it through the mail that’s fine too. Do whatever you find easiest and are comfortable with.

The ceremony and reception will be indoor. There are patios outside the reception building that will be set up during cocktail hour if weather permits.
