We will not be rescheduling the wedding. We are constantly talking with the venue, and monitoring the COVID-19 trends to see if we will need to make changes to our final guest count to meet safety recommendations. We are prepared to have a private ceremony and no reception. We will notify any impacted guests as soon as possible. Our anticipated guest list complies with the current CDC recommendations for Ohio and our venue. We will continue to update this portion of the website as more guidelines are available, but we are optimistic conditions will improve by the fall! Also, we respectfully ask that if you are feeling unwell (fever, body aches, chills, cough or runny nose) to please stay home.

You will be so missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.

We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitations.

We love your little ones - we really do. However due to many factors including limited space, we respectfully request no children under 16 years old. We hope you understand!

Yes - The Madison does have a private parking lot located in front of the venue. We do strongly recommend our guests to please carpool, or use UBER or LYFT to arrive and depart.

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. No jeans please. If you would like, we are welcoming everyone to wear jewel tone colors as seen below. This is completely optional, but without you, there is no color in our lives! 😉

We kindly ask that you do not wear colors traditionally reserved for the bride -- whites, ivories, blushes, etc. Other than that - wear whatever colors you would like!

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away, and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. Why? Well, we've hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments of our lives, and we want to see your smiling face in those pictures, not your phone blocking you for that special moment being captured. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you want! And of course we will share all of our photos as soon as we get them.

The Ceremony and Reception will be taking place at the same venue, both of which are completely indoors. Depending on the weather, there is a private patio which will be utilized for outdoor games, an outdoor bar as well as tables for cocktail hour.
