Yes! There will be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue before the ceremony starts and another shuttle from the venue back to the hotels starting after dinner. Here is the shuttle schedule: Shuttle will pick up from the Hampton Inn & Suites twice before the ceremony at 2:30 & 3:15pm. Shuttle will pick up from the TownePlace Suites once before the ceremony at 2:15pm. Reception shuttle from the venue back to the hotels will begin at 8:00pm and run every 40-50 minutes until 12:00am being the final shuttle time.

The dress code is semi-formal so we just ask for no blue jeans, tennis shoes, shorts, or anything too casual.

To allow all guests to relax and celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children unless specified on your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance!

Due to limited capacity of our venue we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specified on your envelope. For example, if you have a plus one, your address will be listed as “Mr./Miss XYZ and Guest”. If you are confused, when you RSVP and type in your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family!
