Our story began all the way back in elementary school. We grew up together in church, always surrounded by the same group of friends, and over the years we naturally looked out for one another. For the longest time, it was never romantic, just a steady friendship woven into the rhythm of our lives.Everything changed when his best friend married one of my best friends, and we found ourselves standing side by side in their wedding.
