What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Guests should arrive 15 - 20 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.
What is the dress code?
Formal Garden Attire, please see the Attire tab for more details.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner will be outdoors, with the option to have the reception under an enclosed terrace or inside.
What will the weather be like?
While we can not predict the exact forecast for our special day, October temperature in Tuscany Italy typically range in the 60's and 70's Fahrenheit.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
Ceremony: 4:00 pm,
Cocktail Hour: 4:45 pm,
Dinner: 6:15 pm,
Reception to follow.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes, there will be a parking lot provided for all guests if you choose to rent a car during your stay.
Can I bring a plus one or my children?
We cannot accommodate plus one's or guests under the age 18 on our wedding day if we did not explicitly send out a invitation to them.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Variety of fruits, breads, cheeses and many more foods with an Italian flair!
I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?
Please share this information with us through the RSVP form.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, with a selection of cocktails, mocktails, coffee and soft drinks.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
No, but we have provided a variety of options in our wedding weekend travel guide that can be found on the travel page.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
No, we would like an unplugged ceremony so that our photographer can capture these special moments without other's cellphone's and camera's in the pictures. We will be happy to share these photos with you once we get them back. Please wait till we post on social media to announce our wedding prior to posting yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
What's the best way to RSVP? What is the RSVP Deadline?
Please RSVP through the RSVP tab on this website. The deadline to RSVP is July 16, 2025.
Do you have a wedding registry?
yes, we have a registry tab on this website along with a honeymoon fund.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?
The reception will end at 12AM.
How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?
Any updates will be shared though text message to guests and will be updated here on our website as well.
