The love story of Taylor and Lance began 6 years ago, in a small town called Valdosta. Taylor moved there for college and worked part-time at the local YMCA. Lance, also a college student at VSU, and worked there too. Their paths first crossed in the fall of 2017.

It all started as a beautiful friendship, and then one day after a long day of work, Taylor and Lance made the decision to go on their first date. After a couple of months had passed, Lance officially asked Taylor to be his girlfriend. He surprised her with her favorite sweets and a heartfelt handwritten letter.

After five years of dating, Lance knew he was ready to propose. He decided to take Taylor to the beautiful Wormsloe Plantation in Savannah, GA. Here, he surprised her with the very same letter he had used to ask her to be his girlfriend. Lance handed her the letter and asked her to read it once more. And this time, at the end of the note, he had written those four words, "Will you marry me?" Lance spoke those exact words aloud, sealing the moment.

Little did they know an unexpected encounter would be the start of their Forever.
