Wedding Time line


5:30pm- Guest meet at courtyard(behind hotel)


6:15pm - Guests may begin boarding


6:30pm- Assuming all the guests are on time the yacht will take off from the dock and the staff makes sure everyone is on the top deck for the ceremony


6:40 pm to 7pm- Ceremony takes place, Bride & Groom and Bridal party stay on top deck for photos, the rest of the guests are directed down to the main salon/mid deck for the cocktail hour


7pm to 8pm is the cocktail hour on the main salon/mid-deck. . Butler passed hors d’oeuvres begin at this time.
When the Bride & Groom are finished with photos we gather all the guests around by the dance floor on the mid deck for introductions, first dance & champagne toast. Father/daughter, Mother/son dance, etc… also take place during the cocktail hour before we open up for dinner down in the dining room.


8pm to 9pm Buffet Dinner in the dining room. (First level)
Following dinner guests are invited back up to the main salon level for cake cutting and garter & bouquet toss. Coffee served on main salon level. Dance the night away until we pull back into the dock at 10:15 pm.


10:15 pm: Bars close down and music ends as guests say goodnight and leave the yacht thinking this was the best wedding ever!
