Flying In and Getting to the Venue: Our wedding venue is 15 minutes from the Bozeman airport (BZN) and centrally located between Bozeman and Belgrade, MT.

Where to Stay: We have a select block of rooms available for two hotels in the Bozeman area below. They are first come, first serve. We strongly recommend that groups traveling together consider AirBNBs or VRBOs in the Belgrade or Bozeman area for cost efficiency. Please book by calling your hotel of choice and using our block code.

A Welcome Toast: We have added a Welcome Toast at 8PM at the Tanglewood Grill & Tap. We kindly ask that you RSVP by 8/14.

(RSVP is to help us provide a ballpark figure for the venue's seating arrangement. If you didn't RSVP in time and would like to join please just send us a text!)

Shuttle to the Wedding: A shuttle will be available to and from the venue from the C'mon Inn departing at 3:45PM. Ubers and Lyfts are available in the Bozeman area but we recommend checking availability on the day of the Wedding to give yourself plenty of time to arrive before the ceremony begins. There will be parking available onsite. If you plan on drinking, please take the shuttle or Uber!
