Taylor and Justin’s love story is quite unique and some would say unexpected. Taylor and Justin first met in middle school and early high school through Jack and Jill. Although they spent many years together attending teen conferences and several activities, they didn’t interact all that much. Justin likes to say, Taylor was “too young” all because he was two grade school years ahead of her.

Fast forward to Summer 2021, Taylor received an Instagram follow request from Justin. She thought it was random, but of course accepted it. Maybe a few moments later he “slid” into her DM’s to catch up, given she was in dental school and he was in medical school. The DM’s continued on for what Justin says…forever! As many know, Taylor is not the best at responding to the messages she receives on social media. Finally, Justin got Taylor’s number and invited her to his family’s holiday party.

The holiday party was the first time Taylor and Justin had seen each other in years and they hit it right off. It was like they hadn’t missed a beat and in fact they talked until about 4 am. From that moment, you could say the rest was history. Justin was persistent and traveled back and forth to take Taylor on dates for months. Finally, at Taylor’s graduation party, one of her friends asked Justin, “what are you waiting on to make it official?” And like you may guess, he did so the very next day!

Justin proposed to Taylor in October 2023 over her birthday weekend. As many know, Justin is an incredible planner, therefore Taylor was under the impression they were attending a fancy brunch. Turns out Justin threw the most epic surprise 30th birthday party turned engagement party. They were surrounded by family and friends, which made the whole experience that much sweeter.
