To make your travel as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we've gathered some details and ideas for you here!
Getting there
If you are travelling from further away, we recommend flying directly into Lexington’s Blue Grass Airport (LEX), which is just a short drive from both downtown and our venue. If flights into Lexington aren’t convenient from your location, Louisville’s Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) as well as the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) are other good options and both only about an hour and a half away.
Where to stay
Lexington has so many wonderful places to stay, from hotels to Airbnbs and charming B&Bs. While we DO have a room block reserved, we’ve put together a few of our favorite alternatives here to help make planning your trip a little easier.
Marriott Lexington City Center
The Manchester
If you're looking for something special and uniquely Lexington we recommend the Manchester Hotel. Located in the historic Distillery District, the hotel is 15 minutes from the venue and the airport and around $370/night.
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Lexington
Just a 10-minute drive from our venue, and 15 minutes from the airport, this is a great, convenient option at around $150/ night.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Lexington Green
Conveniently located by the mall and a variety of shops, this is another well-connected option an 8 minute drive from our venue and just 12 minutes from the airport. Rates are around $230/night.
Getting Around
Downtown Lexington is easy to explore on foot, and for getting around the city you’ll find buses, taxis, Uber, and Lyft.
If you’d like to venture out and see more of the surrounding countryside, it may be helpful to rent a car to allow for longer trips and let you take in all the sights at your own pace.
