VENUE ACCOMMODATIONS

Star Meadows Ranch

Bunkhouse accommodations are available, just let us know if you’re interested. The bunkhouses consist of twin and queen triple stacked bunks. Restrooms and showers are stall type facilities. Full kitchen, laundry, and living room are also part of the bunkhouse. If you would like to relive your youth at summer camp, or feel the need to go to (or back to) basic training, this is the place for you! There is no cost to you picking this option.

AIRPORTS

Glacier Park International Airport, just 20 minutes from downtown Whitefish, is the nearest and most accessible option for flying into the area.

The second nearest airport is Missoula International, about a three-hour drive south of Whitefish.

VACATION RENTALS

If you are interested in AirBnB or VRBO, reach out to us, and we'll provide a link to rentals closest to the venue and in the surrounding area.

RV’s AT THE VENUE

If you’re interested in RV options you'll find rentals throughout Whitefish and Kalispell. We've got a designated area at the venue for RV parking, so feel free to stay there for the entire weekend.

SHUTTLE

On Friday, October 11th, a shuttle will be available from Star Meadow Ranch to the Welcome BBQ at the patio. The shuttle departs the ranch at 4:15 PM and will return from the patio at 9:30 PM.
On Saturday, October 12th, Mountain Shuttle service will be available for the reception. If you’d like to use the shuttle to the venue, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate pick-up times and locations. Depending on demand, shuttles may start running up to 2 hours before the ceremony to accommodate multiple trips. For the return trip, shuttles will be waiting at the venue and run at staggered times, so we don’t expect any issues with overcrowding.
