In this classic modern love story, it all began with a lovely app called Tinder. The conversation and spark was instant, until it was discovered that David was residing in Atlanta. Upon this discovery, Taylor was not interested in a long distance situation as he proclaimed, “He was too old for that”! David convinced Taylor to just keep the conversation going as he had an upcoming birthday trip planned and could maybe swing meeting in person.

Well that, my friends, was indeed the beginning of it all because the two of us have been convincing each other to do whatever the other one has objections to ever since. Through our years together, we’ve navigated job changes, two interstate moves, and building two new homes. Long distance has become a challenge we’ve made look easy at times but that’s not without recognizing the great patience and love that is required from both of us. All of the change has taught us to value every precious moment together and how important quality time is to each of us.
