Carter and Taylor met during their freshman year at Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minnesota in 2018. It all started with a casual bingo night in their dorm hall. They first crossed paths at this dorm event and later became friends while sharing a geography class.

As time passed, their friendship grew into something more. They tackled the challenges of college life as a couple, attending classes and creating lasting memories together.

After four years of school, they both graduated in 2022 and decided to call Woodbury, Minnesota, their home. Their apartment felt cozier than ever when they adopted their amazing cat named Milton in August 2022.

The most significant moment in their story arrived on April 22nd, 2023, in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. Beside the St. Croix River, Carter proposed, and Taylor gladly said yes. In their everyday life, they find joy in watching Minnesota Vikings games and exploring new places together, growing their connection through shared interests and experiences.
