Our story began back in 2016 when we met while going to different high schools. From the time that I (Taylor) slid into Tyler’s Instagram DM’s, to the moment he proposed, our years have been filled with many beautiful memories and adventures.

Through the years, we have been each other’s biggest supporters. Whether that was attending football games no matter the weather condition, celebrating each other through graduations, or supporting each other’s career goals and passions - we’ve been through it all.

When Tyler accepted a position with the New Orleans Saints & Pelicans after college, it was no surprise to our families when we decided to pack up everything and move down south to follow our dreams. I accepted my first job as a labor and delivery nurse shortly after the move. Throughout our time in Louisiana, we both got a feel for our careers and a life all on our own. We faced some of our biggest challenges, one being a category 4 hurricane, but also remember our time in New Orleans being one of the happiest chapters in our life. After all, it was while living here that Tyler decided it was finally time to pop the big question.

It was a beautiful January afternoon in Tucson, Arizona, where Tyler took me on an unforgettable weekend getaway. After tasting some wine at a local winery, we decided to take a stroll through the vineyard. Moments later, amongst the beautiful Arizona views, Tyler dropped down on one knee and the rest is history.

Just eight months later, Tyler landed a job in Tucson. We were ecstatic to embark on our next chapter in the place where we committed to spend the rest of our lives together. We loved our time in Arizona but less than a year later, found ourselves packing up one last time when Tyler accepted his dream position working for the Milwaukee Bucks.

If moving away taught us one thing, it’s to never take for granted living so close to family and friends. We have loved every minute living back in Milwaukee and are fortunate to have careers that we are passionate about in a place that couldn’t feel more like home.

Our hearts are filled with love as we prepare to tie the knot in front of all of our closest family and friends. While our story is already filled with many great adventures, we know that there are endless more awaiting us in our new life together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
