Where is the wedding?
We are hosting our wedding at Longview Mansion in Lee's Summit, Missouri. Both the ceremony and reception will take place here.
What time is the wedding taking place?
Our wedding will be Saturday, May 13th 2023. The ceremony will start at 5:00PM CST. The doors will open at 4:35PM CST.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal or black-tie optional.
What type of weather should be expected?
While we can’t guarantee anything, the weather should be clear skies and between 50-60 degrees. If bad weather is expected as we get closer to our date, the outdoor ceremony will be moved indoors.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony we will move to the reception tent. Both the ceremony and reception are at the same location.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start at 5:00PM CST.
Where should I park?
As you arrive at the estate, a large parking lot will be on the left of the mansion. Handicap spots are at the front of this lot.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please reach out if you have any questions!
How do I RSVP?
To RSVP to our wedding, simply click the RSVP button on our website. The website will walk you through the remaining steps. We have recently changed addresses so if you’d prefer to mail us your RSVP, please reach out to be sure you have the correct address. Make sure to RSVP if you plan on attending, if we do not receive an RSVP there will not be a spot reserved for you!
Where are you registered?
We are registered through The Knot and through Amazon. Our registry is linked on our website!
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, both our locations are wheelchair accessible!
Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask you to kindly turn off your ringers during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photos. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share their photos with you.
Will there be food and drinks at the reception?
Dinner will be provided at the reception and there will be an open bar to enjoy throughout the night. If you have any dietary restrictions, please be sure to let us know in your RSVP so we can accommodate you!
