The ceremony will take place at 17379 Wolftrap Drive Gordonsville, VA 22942 behind the Cox Mill Pavilion. The reception will be located in the pavilion, which is within walking distance of the ceremony area. The pavilion is partially outside, with indoor areas and restrooms.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early to secure your seat of choice.

The wedding and reception is invitation only. You should receive an invitation in the mail with an RSVP card to mail back your response. Please try to respond by April 20th, 2024. RSVPs by other methods will not be accepted.

Please wear dressy casual attire and don't forget your dancing shoes!

Parking is provided in the grassy areas on each side of the drive that loops up to the old barn, near the round pen, and drivers also may parallel park along the fence on the side of the road.

Staying in the Cox Mill House and Milker's Cottage is by invitation only. We have blocked some rooms at The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Charlottesville/Ruckersville for other guests to book. It is approximately 8 miles from the pavilion. Please see the Travel tab on the website for more information.

There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony and dinner during reception will be served. If you have any urgent dietary restrictions, please contact Taylor or Hunter.
