where will shuttles be picking guests up?

the shuttles to the wedding will be picking up guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites at 28190 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, CA 92590. the shuttles will depart at 3:45pm.

where will shuttles be dropping guests off?

there will be two shuttles. one shuttle will drop guests back off at the Hampton Inn & Suites and the second shuttle will drop guests off at the After Party at Blackbird Tavern in downtown.

what is the dress code?

our dress code is formal attire. women are encouraged to wear a floor-length, tea-length, knee-length, or midi dress. men are required to wear a suit and tie or bow tie.

what should i plan to wear to the wedding?

our wedding will be in the evening, so guests can opt for either darker, more formal colors or light and airy. please note that bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing black. our wedding will be all outdoors. even though the weather is typically warm in September in California (low of 62° and high of 89°) we recommend bringing outerwear of some sort since we'll be outside until 10pm. the grounds are easy to walk on in heels, but we do of course recommend wearing comfortable shoes. for women, i'd recommend wearing heels with a block heel to be safe.

what is the dress code for the welcome party and brunch?

for the welcome party women can wear dresses of any style or length or elegant pantsuits / rompers paired with heels, nice wedges, or formal flats. men can opt for a dress shirt or collared shirt with slacks or dress pants. for the brunch, feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in!

how should i plan to travel to the wedding and where do you recommend that i stay?

our venue is located in fallbrook, california and guests typically stay in nearby temecula, california as there is a downtown with restaurants, bars, wineries, hotels, and airbnbs. our guests will either be driving or flying. if you choose to fly, there are two airports within 1 hour of temecula. more information can be found in the 'travel' section.

what hotels do you recommend that i stay at?

will you be doing a hotel block?

we will not be doing a hotel block! there are many hotels in the Temecula area as well as home rentals. we want our guests to have the ability to choose the option that best fits their needs.

how long does it take to get from temecula to your venue in fallbrook?

temecula to fallbrook is around a 30 minute drive.

how should i plan to travel to your venue on the day of the wedding?

Unfortunately, ride-share services are not reliable due to the remoteness of our venue. It's usually easy to pick up a ride to the venue, but it's almost impossible for guests to arrange a pick up at the end of the night. As such, we will be providing transportation to and from the venue and encourage all of our guests to use the shuttle service as there will be an open bar and the road to and from the venue is windy. More details to come regarding pick-up and drop-off time and location.

if i choose to drive, when should I plan to arrive to the venue?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. You are welcome to arrive as early as 4pm, but we recommend that you arrive by 4:15pm to give you time to find a seat.

Can I park at the venue?

Yes! if you choose to drive, there will be plenty of parking at the venue.

Can I bring my kids?

we truly wish we could invite all our guests’ children to our wedding, however we politely request an adults-only celebration.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately there is a limit on the number of guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One" on your invitation. If you feel we left out someone important, please let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.
