Our Wedding

Our love story began in the fall of 2016 at the University of Denver. As freshmen on the swim team, Taylor and Hugo met by the pool, surrounded by the excitement of new beginnings. What started as casual conversations turned into a deep connection as we spent our freshman and sophomore years discovering each other's quirks, dreams, and passions. By the spring of 2018, our bond had grown into something truly special, and we began dating as the academic year came to a close. Our relationship continued to flourish as we navigated the final years of college, culminating in our graduation in 2020. The following chapter of our lives took us to Milwaukee, where we embarked on our first adventure together in our first apartment near Fiserv Forum, the home of the Bucks. Milwaukee became a playground for us; we explored local breweries, enjoyed countless rounds of golf, and savored every opportunity to sample cheese curds. In 2022, our family grew with the addition of Brandy, our energetic black lab who quickly became an integral part of our lives. In December 2023, Hugo proposed on Little Beach in Anguilla, a moment we’ll cherish forever. We returned to Denver in the spring of 2024, coming full circle to the city where it all began. Now, as we continue to build our life together in the city where we first met, we’re excited to celebrate our journey and look forward to the many adventures that lie ahead.

Please see our list of hotels below. We have a limited number rooms blocked off at each of our preferred hotels. There are also plenty of additional hotels within a 15 minute drive. For a more luxury stay, we suggest looking in Cherry Creek, however, it will be a longer drive. There are also plenty of amazing Airbnb's in the area from large homes for a big group, to cozy condos and townhomes for couples. There is plenty of parking on site at the venue and ride shares are very available in the area to get to and from your accommodation.
