BNA is the major airport in TN and about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the venue! For those flying in from NY, Allegiant has a direct flight on Fridays and Mondays, and southwest is also adding a direct flight from Albany.

There will not be any transport set up, guest will be responsible for getting to and from the venue. If anything changes we will let everyone know! There are ubers in the area!

RSVP is best right through our website once it opens up through the tab at the top! The deadline to RSVP is March 1st, 2025! All responses will be recorded online to save on postage and time for everyone! Scan the QR code that came with your invitation and that will take you right to the website!

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We would love for you to take photos and videos during the reception and share them with us by scanning the QR code that will be at each table! Let’s create so many memories!

Yes, there is parking onsite! All cars must be off the property at the end of the reception.

Yes! (details are on the travel tab of our wedding website) this hotel is just a recommendation! You are welcome to make your own accommodations that suit you best!

If you are invited to the rehearsal dinner, you will RSVP right through the website like you would the invitations! Due to limited capacity at the restaurant and allowing everyone to rest up the night before, only the wedding party and their guests will have this option! We can’t wait to celebrate our BEST day with you!

Unfortunately if you forget to RSVP by the deadline you will not be able to attend our wedding. We have to have a final count in the day of the deadline. So please RSVP as soon as you know you are able to attend.

We ask that guest who want to get us a gift stick to the registry. We are trying to live a minimalist lifestyle and do not need extras. If you would like to give a gift please consider donating to our honeymoon fund, after a year full of wedding plan we're looking forward to relaxing as the new Mr. and Mrs. Gill.
