What is the attire for the wedding?
Cocktail attire.
What is the attire for the rehearsal dinner?
Business casual.
Is there a shuttle service to the wedding?
Yes, there will be a shuttle service that will be picking up and dropping off at the Hampton Inn & Suites Birmingham-Downtown-Tutwiler and the Courtyard Birmingham Downtown at UAB. Please indicate if you are staying at either location on your RSVP.
Is either the reception or the ceremony located outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony will occur outdoors. The reception will be located indoors.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes, there is a parking lot connected to the venue. There are limited spaces. Rideshare and/or the shuttle are also an option for travel to and from the venue.
Am I able to bring a plus one?
Only if your invitation is addressed to include a plus one.
Are children allowed?
The only children that are invited have been included on the addressed invite. We ask that all infants and toddlers not be present.
What time should we arrive at the wedding?
We ask that everyone plan to be at the ceremony at 5:00pm, 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5:30pm.
What time will the reception end?
The reception will be ending at 10:30pm.
