Sometimes you really do find the love of your life at Tin Roof and Taylor and Kyle are proof of that. While they had known of each other through mutual friends, they did not really get to know each other until Taylor started working at Tin Roof with Kyle. After about a month of working together, Taylor knew she had to tell Kyle that she had a crush on him. One Sunday evening, they both were out watching the Daytona 500, a few beers later Taylor had the courage to go up to Kyle and say "hi so I think you're cute" and gave him a kiss. After that they started hanging out more frequently until one night Kyle asked Taylor to officially be his girlfriend.

Since then they have been inseparable. They got their fur baby, Gryffindor in the Fall of 2017 and moved in together several months later (Taylors cat, Mim, was not pleased). Several years later they decided to pack up and head to NYC, where they both loved to visit frequently. Of course, life had other plans and COVID occurred a month after they moved to the city. But they survived a very hard year in the city in a 400 square foot apartment with a dog and cat. They knew if they survived that together, they could make it through anything. After a year in NYC, they came back to KY and started new careers, both of which they love so much. Lexington is where they found each other so it just made sense that they came back.

Finally, after 6 years together Kyle proposed to Taylor at the Kentucky Castle. He pulled off a perfect proposal on the rooftop and surprised her with their friends and family waiting downstairs for dinner. But of course, it wouldn't be a celebration without going to Tin Roof after to celebrate further with their friends.
