We need a head count for catering and floor plan purposes, so we ask that RSVPs are returned by September 13th at the absolute latest.
What is the attire for the wedding?
The wedding attire is formal cocktail attire. We strongly encourage women to wear tea length, midi, or floor length dresses, and men to wear suits or dress pants with a dress shirt. We heavily advise against wearing jeans or casual dress to our wedding. If you are unsure about what is wedding appropriate, please fill free to reach out to the bride, groom, or parents of.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony is set to start at 5:00pm in the chapel. After the ceremony, will follow a cocktail hour on the lawn and then we will move into the grand hall for the reception.
Are children invited to the wedding?
Yes, however the venue is very strict about having children at the weddings. Therefore, we are asking that there are no children under the age of 6 years old.
What is the wedding color palette?
The wedding colors are fall earth tones and neutral tones.
Will there be food?
Yes! We will be serving chicken and beef fajitas from our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in town, Maria Mia’s.
Will there be an open bar?
We do plan to have an open bar, but we do pay for a set amount of drinks for our guests. In the event that all those pre-paid drinks are served, the bar will then flip to a cash bar.
Are E-Cigarettes allowed in the venue?
No, the Weinberg has a strict no tolerance rule for e-cigarettes or cigarettes of any kind on the Weinberg venue grounds. There are street ash trays 20ft from the building where you are allowed to vape or smoke ONLY. If you are caught with a vape or equivalent in the no smoking areas, you will be asked to leave the premise.
Am I allowed to take pictures and videos during the ceremony?
To respect our photographer and videographer, we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. This will also allow for you to sit back and soak up all the magic of this special day!
