Our wedding is RSVP only, so we'll only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation. We do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity. Also, please keep in mind that security at the front will only allow inside those who are on the guest list. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, our reception is going to be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance for you to be able to enjoy the night with us! This includes bridal party kids as well.

We will be providing an open bar from 5 pm - 9:30 pm. It will then turn into a cash bar from 9:30 pm until the last call around 11 pm. Please BE MINDFUL that our venue at any time has the right and ability to cut someone off if they feel needed. If this occurs and an argument arises you will be asked to leave.

Nope! For the ceremony, we will have ushers who will bring you to your seat. For the reception, we will have a seating chart and escort cards at the table as well.

Kindly RSVP by August 1st 2024. If you can not attend, we will miss you and would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest opportunity. For those that do not RSVP by date 8/1/2024- we will be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding.

Please be at the venue no later than 4:20 PM. Late parties will not be permitted to entrance.

We have hired a photographer- videographer and content creator to capture our big day. We will be asking for everyone to please refrain from all electronics until cocktail hour. We will be having a social media minute during the Ceremony (this will be announced by the officiant)

We are in New England so you never know! We are planning an outside ceremony and then will be inside with coat check available.

No Avenir liquor licenses does not allow outside drinks on property- that includes the parking lot as well.
