Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone can find parking and is seated on time. The ceremony starts at 4pm.

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors.

If you are not staying at the hotel or would not like to use the shuttle services there are two public lots near the venue, as well as free street parking available for guests. Please see the map below.

Yes, we have reserved a room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy located on Baptist and Struthers. You can book a room at the link below.

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue from the Fairfield Inn & Suites Colorado Springs North/Air Force Academy.

The shuttle is a 14 person Mercedes sprinter van, with front facing seats. Shuttles will depart from the hotel lobby an hour and a half prior to the ceremony (2:30pm) and will make two trips before the wedding begins. The shuttle will return every half-hour beginning at 8pm. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 10:30pm.

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
