Due to guidelines set in place by the venue, we ask that all guests refrain from smoking/vaping anywhere on the premise. No food or drinks are permitted inside the chapel or shuttles.

We would really love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Wear whatever color you'd like - with the exception of white or any similar color! And no jeans please!

We are not doing a “room block” as our venue is more remote and we want to give our guests the option to stay where they would like. 
We do have the hotels in the area found in the “Travel” tab that were recommended by the venue owner, but also recommend checking out some of the AirBnBs and Vrbo options in the area for a fun weekend!

We love your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we've decided to make this an adult-only event. We hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so that everyone can enjoy the ceremony. Following the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

Both our ceremony and reception are taking place at Sunset Ridge Farms in Wellington, KY.

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests will be shuttled up to the barn for the reception, where we will be serving beverages and food.

Yes! There are designated area for parking at the venue. Please do not park anywhere else on property. Sunset Ridge Farms has staff to shuttle guests to and from the ceremony and reception spaces throughout the day. Please reach out if you have any concerns about parking or venue transportation.

Yes! Even in the middle of Red River Gorge, our venue is completely accessible. The shuttles will bring everyone to the ceremony from the parking lots - and then to the reception following the ceremony!

Kentucky weather is incredibly unpredictable. August can be very warm, with tempartures reaching high 90s. Please plan accordingly, we will be providing plenty of water.

You may take the wedding favors home with you! Please leave all decorations where they are, as they may belong to the venue or the bride.
