How do we get there?

Traveling to Whidbey from Seattle is possible through a ferry ride from Mukilteo, or driving up and around through Anacortes. The ferry is only about a 15-20 minute crossing following a 45 minute drive north of Seattle. The drive takes about 2.5-3 hours from Seattle as well!

How do we get on the ferry?

The ferry terminal is located in Mukilteo, about 45 minutes north of Seattle. We recommend using the link below to reserve your car/spaces in advance as you could encounter a wait if you decide to purchase at the terminal. Carpooling is encouraged! https://wsdot.com/ferries/schedule/scheduledetailbyroute.aspx?route=muk-cl

When should we arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm, so we recommend arriving at the venue no later than 3:30pm to ensure you are parked, settled in, and can find a seat. If you are planning to just stay for the day, please plan ahead with the ferry schedules or drive around to ensure you will arrive on time!

What should I wear?

It is a summer and outdoor wedding, so please keep that in mind when choosing your outfits! We are recommending light midi dresses, and button-ups with slacks or a casual suit look.

When should we RSVP by?

July 2nd, 2026 is the deadline for RSVPs. Due to limited space, if we do not receive your RSVP by July 2nd, it will be marked as unable to attend. Thank you for understanding and submitting your responses on time!

Can I wear a Hawaiian shirt and slacks?

yes.

Do I get a plus one?

Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are not allowing additional plus ones unless otherwise indicated on your invitation.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love our little ones, we are not allowing kiddos as guests.

When should I book lodging?

As soon as possible!! Because Whidbey is small, there aren’t large hotel chains there. Please book an Airbnb or one of the accommodations listed below as soon as you know you will be joining us!

Where should I stay?

Whidbey Island is a stunning place with endless options! Our venue is in Langley which is directly off the ferry so we recommend staying in or around there. Freeland and Clinton are about 10 minutes away from the venue so those are great options too. If you don’t want to stay on the island, we recommend staying in Mukilteo! The last ferry runs at midnight, which would leave plenty of time after our reception to make. We have listed some hotel options on the website, but we also encourage browsing Airbnb or VRBO as there are many cute properties and rooms to choose from!

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There will be parking at the venue. Please follow signs and attendants when you arrive. We recommend carpooling!

Do we have a registry?

We're saving for our first home together! Your presence is more than enough, but if you'd like to give a gift, we'd be overjoyed with a contribution to our future home!
