We have booked a block at the Fairfield Inn and Suites, approximately 15 minutes from the Train Depot. If you plan to call, make sure to mention you would like to book in the block under our last names!

What is the nearest airport?
Nashville International Airport! Located around 65 miles from Bowling Green.
What’s near the hotel?
Our room block is at the Fairfield Inn and Suites on Cave Mill Road. This is conveniently located (less than a mile) to the mall, Walmart, and Target. Also close by are many, many restaurants. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the wedding venue, though traffic does fluctuate greatly on Saturdays.
Any recommendations for arriving from I-65?
From I-65:
If coming to the Fairfield Inn (or the Tru by Hilton or Towne Place Suites, or the Hampton Inn), your best bet will be to take exit 22 and turn right.
If going directly to the venue, you'll want to take either exit 28 or exit 26. Exit 28 will go directly to the train depot, though this will most likely be the exit all of the car show folks take and has the potential to be very congested.
Any recommendations for arriving from 68/80?
From 68/80:
To the hotels:
68/80 becomes Russellville Rd. You'll turn onto Dishman Lane, which becomes Cave Mill Rd., where most of the hotels are located.
To the venue:
Once 68/80 becomes Russellville Rd., continue until the road ends at Western Kentucky University. Turn left on University Blvd. This becomes Kentucky Street. You will come to the venue about a mile after you see the Dollar General Market in the middle of the road.
