What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Although the ceremony begins at 5 pm on August 2nd, 2025, we ask that you arrive and are seated 15-30 minutes prior.
Where is the ceremony & reception?
The ceremony & reception will be located at Burts' & B's Venue, located at:
64888 Slaughter Hill Road,
Cambridge, OH 43725
There will be designated signage at the entrance, where you also will immediately see a large red barn.
Where should I sit at the ceremony?
We will have the front two rows reserved for special guests at the wedding ceremony. We ask that the remaining guests sit where they are most comfortable - choose a seat, not a side, you are loved by both, the groom and bride.
How do I know where to sit at the reception?
We will have assigned seating, and guests can find their table number + designated seating upon entrance to the reception hall.
Can I bring a plus one (guest/date)?
We are only accommodating significant others as plus ones. Please understand that we would love to keep the wedding as intimate as possible, with close friends & family.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We would like our guests to be advised that we will be having an unplugged ceremony, and we ask that all guests silence/power off all of their devices during the entirety of our nuptials.
What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?
We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged room blocks at the local Fairfield Inn & Suites. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes, special rates, transportation, and more, on our website's "Accommodations" page.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair unless your children are directly listed on your invitation. We hope you understand our decision & encourage you to use this special evening as a date night!
Will transportation services be provided to and from the wedding venue?
Transportation details will vary depending on the preference of the guests. Some of which include: carpooling, taxi services, Uber, Lyft, and more.
How is the venue parking?
The venue offers two secure parking lots with designated signage. We ask that guests fill the lower lot first, and then fill the upper lot for coordination purposes to keep things simple.
Please acknowledge that there is a wheelchair accessible, covered drop off for those who need dropped off.
Note: No vehicles can be left at the venue overnight, or they will be towed.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place on a balcony outdoors. Following, guests will be ushered into the reception hall for the rest of the wedding festivities.
How long do I have to book my hotel?
Booking ends on July 1st, and due to other events in the area, the rate could go up, and you won’t be guaranteed a room.
