The ceremony will begin at 4:30. Doors will open for guests at least 30 minutes before the official ceremony to allow guests to be seated and settled before the proceedings.
What is the dress code?
Friends and family are what we care about most. Our dress code will fall into the category of cocktail attire, but we would like for you to wear whatever will keep you most comfortable.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP, such as “Taylor’s Guest”. You are able to edit the Guest's name once you have added them to your party. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony will take place outside. The cocktail hour will be flexible for guests. You can enjoy the time inside at the bar, out on the covered patio, or soak up some sun outside. The reception will begin indoors, but after dinner guests may enjoy their time as they wish, inside or outside.
What will the weather be like?
With our wedding day happening in the month of June, the sun may make an appearance. The weather in June for Bargersville averages a high of 80F and a low of 70F. If the day is to have a chance of rain, the ceremony will be modified to happen indoors.
What will the wedding day timeline look like?
Seating will begin at 4:00pm. Ceremony will start at 4:30 pm. Cocktail hour will start after the conclusion of the ceremony around 5:00. Dinner will begin around 6:00 and reception will follow.
How do I get to the wedding venue?
Our wedding venue will be located at 7070 W. Whiteland Rd, Bargersville, IN 46106. The ceremony and reception will be at The Sycamore at Mallow Run.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Parking will available at the entrance of The Sycamore. Handicap parking will also be available if needed.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar for all guests. The bar will open at the start of cocktail hour (5:00 pm) and will close an hour before the end of the reception (10:00 pm). Non-alcoholic drinks will be available (coke products, juice, water, etc.).
Are children invited?
To allow all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and enjoy themselves, we’ve elected to make our wedding a child-free event, besides of immediate family.
