What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
We recommend that guests arrive 15-30 minutes before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm so please arrive no later than 1:45pm.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will take place in doors at The Church of the Nativity Church in Fair Haven, NJ. The cocktail hour may be outside, depending on the weather or it will take place indoors at Ocean Place Resort in Long Branch. The reception will take place indoors at Ocean Place Resort.
What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
The ceremony will take place at 2pm at The Church of the Nativity Church in Fair Haven, NJ. The cocktail hour will begin at 5pm at Ocean Place Resort with the reception at 6pm and ending at 10pm. There will be an after party following for anyone who would like to continue the party in the hotel bar area.
Are children welcome?
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event (unless specified on your invite) so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
Yes, we have a limited number of reserved rooms at Ocean Place Resort. If you are planning to stay at Ocean Place, please see the Travel page for the reservation booking link or reach out to Keith or Taylor. The room will be $308 (which includes taxes and fees) per night.
If you prefer to stay at another hotel nearby, we have a few listed on our Travel page that you are welcome to look into.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony or posting on social media until after the wedding. Thank you!
What's the best way to RSVP?
You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.
Can I bring my gift to the wedding?
There will be a gift table for your convenience.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Both places have free parking. Ocean Place Resort will give you a ticket upon departure for free parking.
Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?
Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the church and reception.
Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?
Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, spas and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.
What can I do inbetween the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Take this time to relax, freshen up, or get a drink at the bar! Pier Village is also only a walk away for stores and other restaurants. Or take a stroll along the board walk.
