We kindly ask that each guest covers their own tab at the welcome party.

We have blocked rooms from Friday September 20th until Sunday September 22nd at The Fairfield by Marriott Edmonton International Airport. See travel tab above for link.

We ask that only those who are listed on the invitation attend our special day.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour will also be outside on a covered patio and on the lawn area. The reception will be inside.

Yes! We will have yard games available during the cocktail hour and celebration!

Yes! We have a shuttle to bring you from The Fairfield by Marriott Hotel at 1pm to the venue and back to the hotel after the reception, the evening trips will be at 10pm, 11pm, 12am and 1am. Please note at 1pm there will be 2 different shuttles taking guests from the hotel to the venue, there will be room for 80 guests total on both!

Yes, however vehicles must be picked up the next morning by 10am.

Although we love all of your kids, only the kids listed on the RSVP are invited. We hope you’ll take advantage of this and enjoy a fun night off!

Drinks will be $5 each.

Yes there is! The bar will be cash only.

We have chosen not to make a registry.

Last call will be at 12:30 am with a final exit time of 1am.
