All wedding events will be held at The White Poplar. This is located at 29055 Road 81n, East Selkirk MB. Please be advised the wedding ceremony will be held outdoors adjacent to the water.

The sooner the better! To assist us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by August 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your submitted RSVP by the above date, we will unfortunately have to mark you as unable to attend. We are required to provide our vendors with a total guest count within a timely manner and hope you understand.

Guests are expected to arrive by 3:30 PM and no later than 3:45PM. This ensures everyone has enough time to find a seat and get settled.

The shuttle bus will be picking up guests from the Club Regent Hotel and Casino located at 1425 Regent Ave W, Winnipeg MB. The bus will arrive at 2:30PM and be parked in front of the HOTEL doors. The bus will leave promptly at 2:45PM. There is a park and ride area located at the club regent hotel and casino. Here you will be able to leave your vehicle. The park and ride location is adjacent to the hotel front doors. Feel free to book a stay at the Club Regent Hotel for the evening and drive home the following morning to ensure fluidity of events. This is a Black-tie event. We kindly ask everyone to dress up with us. Men to wear a suit & tie. Women to wear a gown/dress. Garments to be black in color. An exception to men's white button down.

We love all our family and friend's children! However, we respectfully request an adult only celebration.

The White Poplar asks that no vehicles be left over night under any circumstances. We have kindly provided transportation for our guests to ensure a safe ride to and from the wedding venue.

Unfortunately, due to limited space we are unable to accommodate anyone other than the names specified on your wedding invitation.
