We will be providing a shuttle service between Ketchum and the venue in Bellevue. Ahead of the ceremony, there will be a shuttle at the Limelight Hotel, East Fork, and Hailey Elementary. After the reception, the shuttles will be transporting guests back to those same locations. We will provide exact times of the shuttles when the date gets closer.

There will be parking, but it is limited. If you are able to take the shuttle, please do!

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! To keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

We love your little ones! However, to keep our celebration intimate, we are only including the children who are part of our wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

For those driving, we recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time get settled and find a seat.

Our reception will end around 11:00, after which there will be an option to take the shuttle to Ketchum to continue the party. This is not a formal after party, just an opportunity to continue the fun!
