Please arrive by 6:00pm and follow the posted signs to make your way to the ceremony location. Guests that arrive after 6:15pm will not be allowed down to the ceremony location.

There is parking available across the road from the venue/house.

The dress code is Dressy Casual and the terrain is grass and barkdust. Please keep the weather in mind when selecting your outfit and wear appropriate footwear.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

Yes! Reception immediately following the ceremony.

Any plus ones would have been included on your invitation. Due to limited seating at the venue, please do not bring a plus one if your invitation did not specifically state that one was included. If you're not sure, please reach out to the Bride or Groom to verify.

We love your children, but due to limited seating at the venue, we have decided to have a child-free ceremony.

There will be an opportunity to take photos at the beginning of the ceremony, and then please put your phones away and silence them! Photos are allowed at the reception, and we would love for you to share them with us - more information on that will be provided at the reception. However, we kindly request that you do not get in the way of the professional photographer that we have hired to capture our special day.

Yes, there will be His & Hers cocktails offered, along with beer, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic drinks/mixers. Tips for the bartender are appreciated, but not required.

Dinner will be catered by Hula Boy Charbroil. Food included is teriyaki chicken, Hawaiian pulled pork, rice, noodles, vegetables, macaroni salad, and of course cake!

The reception ends at 9:30pm, but you are welcome to leave whenever works best for you. You just might miss out on some of the fun ;)

6:00pm - Guests arrive. 6:30pm - Wedding ceremony starts. 7:00pm - Guests make their way to the reception area. Feel free to grab a cocktail and sit where you'd like! 7:15pm - Dinner. 7:30pm - Bride & Groom Grand Entrance. 7:45pm - Speeches. 7:55pm - First Dance. 8:05pm - Father/Daughter Dance. 8:10pm - Mother/Son Dance. 8:15pm - Cake cutting. 8:30pm - Game. 8:45pm - Group line dance. 8:50pm - Group photo & bouquet toss. 8:55pm - Open dancing. 9:15pm - Guests grab favors, send off wands, and move to send off area while Bride & Groom share a last dance. 9:25pm - Send off. 9:30pm - Carriages.
