Brian and Teresa met the old fashion way, online. Even though Brian was unaware Teresa lived in Staten Island, their conversation flowed smoothly and they quickly became very interested in each other. By the time Brian realized Tottenville was not a random town in Jersey, Teresa had Brian hooked.

After having endless conversations during the summer, they finally had their first date in September 2019. Brian nervously drove to Staten Island for the first time, while Teresa nervously waited on a Jersey boy to show up to go see a movie. After the tension settled and the movie ended, Teresa took Brian to her special local spots in town as they spent the night talking as if it wasn’t their first night together. The connection they felt through the words they typed finally came to life when they instantly felt completely drawn to one another.

The next few months their relationship was put to the test. They only saw eachother a few times throughout that first year, dealing with distance and Covid. After some time not talking, they both couldn’t keep eachother off their minds. Finally, Brian reached out to Teresa with the hopes she was feeling the same as he was. After Teresa responded, confirming how they still felt about each other, the rest is history.

Their love blossomed and their relationship grew to the point they knew they were simply meant to be. On October 15, 2023 on the cove in Salem, Massachusetts Brian proposed to Teresa on a quiet beach at sunrise. After Teresa said yes, they shared a moment alone taking in the beauty that was around them and the love that they had for each other, that day is one they will never forget.
