It started with a rosary,

on a crisp January day.

A hope for a man to marry,

for a partner in life she prayed.

So, then there was a match on Hinge,

Proof from the start she's liked my face,

Although dating apps make us cringe,

Serendipity allowed grace.

Our coffee went for three hours,

Her astounding beauty a sight,

Her intellect a clear power,

Her Christ-centered joy shined so bright.

So, the next day we went to mass,

Two days later praise and worship,

Valentine's dancing was a blast,

Wrote a poem and booked a trip.

In Phoenix, Brant Rock, and Boston,

Family introductions were made.

With laughter and dance we had fun,

Our constant, every day we prayed.

Our walk through Spain brought more delight,

Jesus and Mary cared for us.

The mountains showed us God's true might,

Working together grew our trust.

That was the question on our minds

as our love continued to grow,

We were surprised our story rhymed!

So, our spark turned into a flame,

Our faith to hope to charity,

With joy and song life is a game,

God's love we hope to parody.
