<p>Two years ago while working at Sparrow hospital, He was a Public Safety Officer, I was a contract nurse. It took me a mere ten years to obtain a position in that hospital despite multiple attempts and failures to get it. I now know there was a plan in play and it was all about Gods timing. I knew the moment I saw him that I wanted to know him but I had no idea how important he would become to me. He walked through the department in that uniform and I almost immediately turned to my co-worker Rachel and asked who is that and made up excuses to try to talk to him when I saw him around which was not an easy task because he was not a talkative guy. But was he dreamy. Long story short, 16 months later and some persistence I had dragged him out of his shell, and when it was time for me to leave Sparrow we had begun dating. October 6th, 2023 was our first kiss in the Walmart parking lot. He introduced me to his amazing family and him to mine, he fit in like he's always been there! A year later he moved in with me and he turned my house into a home. He showed up for my daughter, on the sidelines at every extra-curricular and they are like two peas in a pod. Two years later...my children love him, he is now a dog dad through and through to three very lucky fur babies and I got Lennox!! We are living our love story and we are very lucky! God put me at Sparrow right when he wanted me there, had I been any earlier and we would have never met, and would not be making this journey together. I am learning God's timing may not always be exactly when you want it but its exactly when you need it. I know my Author and from now on Ill trust him to write my story!!<br><br>Gods timing and your timing are different and anything significant God is gonna do in your life is gonna take longer than you want, but it’s gonna be better than you could ever imagine. So the decision we have to make when things don’t happen the way we want them to happen and when we want them to happen, is we say God I choose to trust your timing. Because His timing is always perfect! </p>

My beautiful and brilliant light. My daughter. When my fiancé proposed she was my first and only thought for this position in my day. She has been a constant in my life, always there, always making my heart smile when I had no other reason. She loves This man with her whole heart and when we started dating she said to me “mom don’t mess this one up I really like him” they are the best of friends and she hollared when she found out we were getting married!

Our Groomswoman and soon to be my sister. She is amazing in so many ways. She is Justin’s best friend! Any time he’s on his phone I know he’s talking to her…I cannot be around her without having a sore stomach and cheeks from laughing so hard. Just being around her makes you happy!

Andrea Davis

Our boy…my quiet, gentle, straight-faced yet hilariously playful soon to be stepson. He is an 80 year old soul in a 16 year old body and he is simply perfect. He is the perfect child and I adore him and I love having him around!

Lennox Davis

Justin’s friend, work peer and golf buddy. Jeremy and I also worked together during on of my contracts for 16 months and I loved working with him. Jeremy recently got engaged and we are so thrilled for him. 

Jeremy Schweinler 

A Special job for a special little guy. Adopted grandson of the Bride since before he was born and near and dear to our hearts ever since. A little spit fire and we trust no one else with this important job. We can’t wait to see him looking all dapper in his suspenders and bow tie. 

Lucas Eaton

A little ray of sunshine and the twinkle of mom and dads eye. She is family to the Bride and will surely outshine us all on the big day in her beautiful dress! We are so thrilled she agreed to walk with us ❤️
