A transfer to the Dartmouth Coach is available from this airport option that will take you to West Lebanon, NH. You would still need ground transport after arriving on the bus as you will still be 45 min from Good Commons or 1 hour from Ludlow.
If you transfer in New York to the Amtrak, you could take that to Rutland. From Rutland you could hire a car service in advance so this would be a car free option.
