Are children welcome?

Although we love your children, we kindly ask you help us make our wedding and reception an adults only event and leave your kids at home.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

The event will primarily take place indoors. We will be walking from the church to the venue following the ceremony. Please take this into consideration when choosing outerwear and footwear. Annapolis is an old town and has a mixture of brick and smooth sidewalks. Refer to your favorite weather app to view weather predictions for the day. March conditions can vary from temperatures in the low 40s to high 70s, with the possibility of rain.

Will transportation be provided?

We will not be providing transportation. Both the Venue and the Ceremony are in the heart of downtown Annapolis, within quick walking distance of food, entertainment, and more.

What forms of ID do I need to bring?

All persons over the age of 18 must have a valid REAL ID-compliant government photo ID card, such as a U.S. issued driver's license or a passport for non-U.S. citizens. An individual with a Military ID (active duty, reservist, retired, or dependent) or a government-issued Common Access Card (CAC) are considered a DoD Affiliated/Credentialed Guest and are required to carry their military ID/CAC on their person day of the event.

How do I access the Naval Academy grounds?

We can’t wait to celebrate with you at the United States Naval Academy! Security is the top priority at the United States Naval Academy. Guests can access the ground through the Visitor Access Center (VAC) Pedestrian Entry. The general public is not allowed vehicle access. However, pedestrian access is normally allowed for general visitation, tours, and USNA special events. General visitation hours begin at sunrise and conclude at 5:00pm or sunset, whichever is later, with a REAL ID-compliant government photo ID card. All persons over the age of 18 must have a valid government-issued picture ID, such as a U.S. issued driver's license or a passport for non-U.S. citizens. All visitors may undergo an ID and bag check and screened through a magnetometer before entering the installation. Random personnel and vehicle searches will be conducted at all gates and throughout the installation. Is there parking available at the venue?

It is available Sunday - Thursday from 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM and Friday & Saturday from 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
