One of our favorite things about Basin Harbor Club is that all of the wedding festivities will take place on the property. Basin Harbor offers accommodations for all of our guests right on-site. Our vision is for our friends and family to take over the resort for an epic weekend together! For that reason, this is our only hotel block and we hope that most, if not all, of our guests will stay with us at Basin Harbor. Please note that lodging rates are significantly reduced for our wedding block, and you will need to call 800-622-4000 (as opposed to going online) and reference the Chandler-St. Lawrence Wedding to make your reservation at the reduced rate. We are holding a limited number of rooms in the block, so we highly recommend making your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your accommodations. A deposit is required to hold the reservation, but it is fully refundable if you cancel 14 days before your arrival.

By Car

For directions by car, travel to 4800 Basin Harbor Road, Vergennes, VT 05491. Please be sure your directions are set to the Vergennes address; there are two 4800 Basin Harbor Roads in the area! Once you arrive, follow the signs to the Main Lodge for check-in.

By Air

Burlington International Airport (BTV), Vermont’s largest commercial airport, is just 45 minutes from Basin Harbor. It is served by major and commuter airlines, with connections from most cities in the Northeast. Basin Harbor offers an airport shuttle to and from BTV airport.

By Bus

Greyhound and Megabus lines serve the Vergennes/Burlington area. Transportation to Basin Harbor is available at a nominal fee. Please call the Concierge at least 48 hours in advance to make necessary arrangements for pickup.

By Train

The Ethan Allen Express is a daily service between New York City and Burlington, Vermont, by way of Albany, including a stop off in Vergennes. The Vermonter is a daily service between Washington, DC, and Essex Junction and St. Albans in northern Vermont. Transportation to Basin Harbor is available at a nominal fee. Please call the Concierge at least 48 hours in advance to make necessary arrangements for pickup.
