Which Venue at Howe Farms?
The Highlands Chapel
When should I RSVP by?
Please send your RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is November 16th, 2024. This is to help our vendors know how much food/drinks, etc are needed. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point. We hope you understand.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour will be located on the patio area weather permitting.
Can I bring my children?
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Take this as an opportunity for a fun date night!
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 eastern. Please arrive at the address on the invitation no later than 2:45 to ensure the ceremony can begin promptly at 3:00pm. Thank you!
Am I allowed to bring a date/plus one?
Due to very limited space inside the chapel, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed formally on your invitation (unless discussed with Brannon or Tess prior). Please be respectful of this.
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
The ceremony, refreshment hour, and reception will be held on-site at Howe Farms the Highlands Chapel. The ceremony will be held in the chapel, refreshments will be held outside on the patio (weather permitting), and the reception will be in the lower level of the chapel.
How do I get to your venue?
Howe Farms has several venues on the same property, so getting to ours may be confusing! The address is 7600 Runyan Road, in Georgetown, TN. This address should take you to a gated entrance. Drive straight ahead, and eventually you will see our beautiful little white chapel on your left! There will also be a sign with our names on it outside of the venue to help you find us.
Where should I park?
There is a gravel parking lot beside the chapel
I’m coming from out of town, should I book a hotel?
We know that most of our guests will be traveling at least a little bit to get to our wedding, and we do not want you to have to book a hotel that evening unless you choose to! Our reception will be concluding around 7:30 so that those traveling can arrive home at a reasonable time.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Please drink on us! However, as much as we love a party, please keep your own limits in mind during the reception :)
Will there be food?
Yes! We will be serving hors d'oeuvres throughout the cocktail hour, and will have buffet stations during the reception. (Mexican style food)
