How It All Began

Every love story has a beginning, and ours started in the most unexpected yet perfect way, online dating. It all began because we took a chance on each other, not knowing that it would lead to the most amazing journey together.

Our First Date

September 10, 2020, marks the day that everything changed. We met at Retreat Gastropub in St. Louis for what turned into the perfect first date. Hours flew by as we talked, laughed, and explored a few more bars together. By the time the clock struck 2 a.m., we didn’t want the night to end. That next week, we were inseparable, and it became clear: this was the start of something amazing.

Our Home and Family:

As we built our life together, we made a home full of love and warmth. We share our space with our two adorable, crazy dogs, Zoloft (Zoey) and Moose, who bring joy and comfort to us every day. Our home is where we grow, laugh, and plan for the future.

The Proposal

On March 28, 2024, Alex completely surprised me by proposing in front of the Arch in downtown St. Louis! I had no idea it was coming, and it was the most beautiful and unforgettable moment. What made it even more special was that Alex had planned everything so thoughtfully. He secretly enlisted two of my bridesmaids, Janie and Julie, to help him. They were hiding nearby (in a tree and under a park bench lol) with a camera, champagne, and flowers to capture the moment and celebrate with us afterward. It was the perfect surprise, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful and memorable proposal.

Our Wedding Journey

As we plan this special day, we’re reminded of how far we’ve come and how exciting the future looks. December 20, 2025, will be the day we officially say "I do" in front of all our loved ones. We can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with you!
