2018- Tinder Made a Match Meant To Last- ..and thankfully they both swiped right! One date cancellation and two drive in movies later, they found each other. 2019- Distance Made The Heart Grow Fonder- Jesse was attending school in Texas, while Tessa was completing an internship in Vermont. Late night phone calls and holiday visits kept their bond strong! 2020- Jesse, Josie, and Tessa- They got the best girl “Josie Baby”, and moved the Haverhill MA. It was a sketchy little apartment, but their first “Home” together. 2021- Across The US- They took the trip of a lifetime. Every moment of 3 months was spent experiencing the wonders of travel and true love. 2022- Back To CT- This year made CT home. The place to return to together after weekend trips to Acadia and Mount Washington. They even welcomed the sweetest (yet pushiest) flock of feathered friends into their hearts! 2023- Travel and Us- A year full of adventures to Florida, tough mudders, and Iceland. Their bond grew with travel, new experiences, and spending time with family and friends in between it all.. they even expanded the feathered friends to include ducks. 2024- Champ Ian & the Proposal- They welcomed Champ Ian, the havanese puppy that wiggled his way into their hearts. Together as a family of four, they took their first road trip on a dog friendly adventure. It was while at a beautiful dog friendly beach, only surrounded by sand and waves, that Jesse proposed to Tessa. Of which the answer was a resounding YES! And now they continue their story, and look forward to creating memories with you in June, of 2025.

Its also halfway between Waterbury (15 miles away) and Hartford (16 miles). Traditional rooms and suites come with work desks, cable TV and free WiFi, plus some have minifridges and microwaves. The New Britain Museum of American Art’s founding in 1903 entitles the institution to be designated the first museum of strictly American art in the country. That year, a $20,000 gift of gold bonds to the Museum’s former parent, the New Britain Institute, from industrialist John Butler Talcott, created funds to purchase ”modern oil paintings.” Subsequent purchases, with advice from New York museums and galleries, further defined ”modern” to mean American works of art, now numbering more than 8,300. With particular strengths in colonial portraiture, the Hudson River School, American Impressionism, and the Ash Can School, not to mention the important mural series The Arts of Life in America by Thomas Hart Benton, the Museum relies heavily on its permanent collection for exhibitions and programming, yet also displays a significant number of borrowed shows and work by emerging artists. Founded in 1990, The Carousel Museum in Bristol, Connecticut, has successfully cared for over 400 carousel figures and hosted over 750,000 visitors. We use our collection not just for display but as a powerful educational tool, enlightening visitors of all ages about life, work, and entertainment in America at the turn of the twentieth century. To enrich educational experiences, the Carousel Museum seeks to acquire an operational antique carousel for its permanent collection.

Castle Craig - 1,002 feet above sea level, the top of Castle Craig offers a spectacular view of the Greater Meriden area.  There are hiking trails to the Tower as well as a road which is open from May 10th through October 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (weather permitting).
