Our Story

Jacob 

Best Friend Jacob is not only the groom's best man, but also one of the couples closest mutual friends. Jacob and the groom have been close since high school, bonding over baseball, football, and years of shared jokes. Being the bride's college roommate, he also formed a strong friendship with the bride —someone he supports, jokes with, and generally cares about. Jacob is known for his quick humor, deep loyalty, and heartfelt moments. Easy to talk to, a laid-back kind of friend that fits effortlessly into any room.

Bonita

Big Sister Bonnie is the bride's big sister and lifelong role model. She’s been a constant source of love, strength, and support through every stage of life. Whether offering heartfelt advice or sharing inside jokes, Bonnie is the definition of a true sister and best friend. The bride couldn’t imagine her big day without her by her side.

Owen 

Best Friend Owen and the groom go way back to elementary school basketball, where their friendship first began. Over the years, they shared everything from band and jazz gigs to more recently golf (even better, they’re both lefties!). Owen is also a good friend of the bride and another prior roommate, which makes him an extremely special part of both the bride and groom’s life. Owen is the kind of friend who brings people together, and always shows up when it matters the most. The couple couldn't imagine their day without him at the heart of it.

Mackenzie 

Childhood Friend Mackenzie and the bride go back to childhood, where their friendship was built on honesty, humor, and a whole lot of adventures. Mackenzie helped shape the bride's confident spirit. She’s fiercely loyal and always tells it like it is—in the best possible way. Her adorable daughter, Finley, is joining the celebration as the flower girl, making it even more special.

Daniel 

Best Friend Daniel and the groom met in middle school and quickly became everyday companions—literally. From walking home together after school to walking just about everywhere, they’ve shared years of lasting conversations and an easy friendship. Daniel is effortlessly funny, and always brings relaxed energy to any situation. He’s been a steady presence in both the groom and bride's life, and it means the world to have him stand by their side.

Cassie 

Childhood Friend Cassie is the bride's childhood friend and has been making her laugh for as long as she can remember. Her contagious laughter brings instant joy wherever she goes. She’s the kind of friend that is always easy to talk to and knows just what to say. A true life long friend. The bride could not image the day without her there.

Carter 

College Friend Carter and the groom met while the bride was college roommates with Carter in Stevens Point. The groom and Carter's friendship grew quickly over all things nerdy—especially Magic the Gathering. Carter opens up around the right people and brings his sense of humor that always lands. A self proclaimed dork (and proud of it), he’s become a beautiful friend of both the bride and groom, and they are so glad to have him in their corner on the big day.

Kiara 

College Friend Kiara and the bride met in college at Stevens Point through mutual friends, and quickly bonded over their shared love of gaming and all things a little nerdy. Her sense of humor and unexpected dance skills make her the perfect mix of laid-back and lively. She brings laughter and lightness to every moment —and always knows how to turn a casual hang out into a memorable time. She makes every moment more exciting, especially on the dance floor.

Noah

College Friend  Noah and the groom first crossed paths in high school, but it wasn’t until college that their friendship truly took off. Since then, Noah has been a steady, dependable presence—someone who’s always there, no matter what. He has a quiet way of making sure everyone feels included and is having a good time. The kind of friend who shows up, supports, and brings people together. Noah’s caring nature makes him an invaluable part of the wedding crew.

Maddy

College Friend Maddy and the bride met through mutual friends in college at Stevens Point and their friendship grew fast—even though they went to the same high school and never crossed paths back then! With a fun-loving personality, she always opens everyone up to show their extroverted self. Maddy has a way of bringing out the bride's adventurous side and is always up for a good time.

Zach

College Roommate Zach was the groom's roommate at Marquette University, and from day one he’s been the tall, lovable guy who makes everything more fun. With a great sense of humor, an easy-going nature, and a shared love of gaming, he and the groom hit it off instantly. As fellow accountants, they’ve bonded over spreadsheets and sarcasm—because who says accountants can’t be entertaining? Zach’s laid back vibe and genuine friendship make him an essential part of the crew.

Courtney 

Friend The bride met Courtney through a volleyball page on Facebook while at Stevens Point, and what started as a causal connection quickly grew into an easy, natural friendship. Courtney has a very comforting persona—the kind of person who makes you feel at home no matter where you are. Her calm presence and steady support have made her a quietly powerful part of the bride‘s life.

Logan 

Bride’s Cousin Logan is the bride’s cousin and a genuine friend to both the bride and groom. Growing up, he and the bride could often be found exploring the outdoors—hunting frogs, chasing snakes, and embracing their shared love of nature. Logan brings a fun adventurous spirit wherever he goes. His fun loving spirit and vibrant personality make him a perfect addition to the wedding party.

Tommaso 

Bride’s Foreign Exchange Student Tommaso is the bride's Italian “ brother,” a foreign exchange student who became a beloved part of her family during her senior year of high school. They graduated high school together and shared a bond in competitive swimming. Tommaso is the brother the bride never had— loyal, supportive, and full of life. The bride had the pleasure of visiting his family in Italy, where their connection grew even deeper. Now, Tomasso continues to bring his warmth and energy to the couple's lives, and he’s honored to serve as an usher on their big day.

Magnus

Magnus is the bride’s cousin’s son and the undeniable star of the family! Curious and adventurous, Magnus brings joy and energy wherever he goes. Whether he’s exploring the outdoors or charming everyone at family gatherings, he does it with a smile that’s impossible to resist. We’re so excited for him to take on the important job of ring bearer.

Finley

Finley may be the tiniest member of the wedding party, but she’s sure to make one of the biggest impressions. With her sweet personality and the cutest red hair, this cutie will be toddling down the aisle— whether she walks, twirls, or takes a detour, we’re thrilled to have her as our flower girl!

Wedding Party

Reserving Guests are responsible for making your own reservations and will be paying your charges upon departure. The group block will be held until July 30, 2025.Within that 30-day window, guests may still make reservations under the Priebe Braatz block. However, the rate you will be charged will be the Best Available Rate. Guests may also opt to call the hotel directly at 262.284.2100 (press 2) to secure and guarantee your reservations; please make sure you ask for the Priebe Braatz block. Should you opt to book using a third-party site please be advised they are unable to do any rate changes, date changes/cancellations or room type adjustments.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Washington, an IHG Hotel

Service There will be a shuttle service that takes you directly to the venue should you stay at the Holiday Inn Express! It picks you up in time for cocktail hour and will continue pickups until dinner. It is also available after dinner and reception to take you back to the hotel starting at 8:00! We will also receive their shuttles phone number for an extra trip if necessary!
