Please RSVP by July 20th. We need to have an accurate count of guests attending the wedding for seating and our vendors.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm so we request guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:15 but no later than 3:45. Guests who have not arrived by the start of the ceremony will not be permitted to enter the venue until after the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring that we have our special moment, uninterrupted.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not explicitly stated on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and are excited to celebrate with you!

As much as we love your little ones, with the exception of the wedding party and our own little one, our wedding will be child-free. Enjoy the night off!

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographer is able to do her best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour.

Of course there is! There will be 2 signature drinks (His & Hers) and other drinks to choose from as well!

The first one or two rows of seats at the ceremony will be reserved for immediate family but all others are open seating. There will be designated seating for the reception but there will be a seating chart up on the day of the wedding to show you where your seat is!

We ask everyone to refrain from wearing the wedding party colors which are white, tan and burgundy. Dress your best, we know you'll look great regardless!

Yes, we have 2 blocks. Shaker Village - Baker/Quiros Wedding with Group #38719, 20 rooms are blocked off. Clarion Pointe - Group #5069057, 14 rooms are blocked off. These rooms will be blocked off until 08/19/2025.

As we embark on married life, we are so touched by the generosity shown by our loved ones. In place of traditional gifts, we've opted for a house fund registry to help us pay for a future home.

Take I-64 east to Graefenburg/ Lawrenceburg Exit. Turn right on Alton Road for 5 miles. Turn right on Hwy 127 South (from this point you are approximately 23 miles from the venue). GPS will want you to take Dunn Lane in 18 miles but don’t. It will also reroute you to other side roads along the way. The easiest route is to stay on Hwy 127S until you come to the Hwy 127S By Pass to Danville. Take a left there and go approximately 2 miles to Hwy 68 (Lexington Road) and take a left. Go approximately 1 mile to Curry Pike and take another left you will go approximately 2 miles straight into the entrance of The Farmstead at Shawnee Springs.
